What does that mean?

By attending to the material in the channeled texts you are not just reading the words on the page but you are doing the work that is offered to you: reciting the decrees and performing the exercises.

When you claim something, you are calling yourself into alignment with it. By aligning to something you are literally vibrating at the same frequency. Both low and high vibratory frequencies exist.

The lower vibratory frequency is the realm of the ego, the personality self, the false self, the small self. Fear exists in this realm and so do its results: pain and suffering.

The higher vibratory frequency is the realm of the Divine Self, a.k.a. The Christed Self, The Creative Self, Your True Self, The Eternal Self, The Conscious Self, The Higher Self, Your Divine Nature, The Infinite Spirit, The Divine Spark, The Divine Being, The I Am Self. Fear does not exist in this realm.

To claim your consciousness as the Christ simply means to align your vibrational frequency to the Divine Self.

This is the reason you have incarnated on this planet: to experience full realization of The Divine Self.
