The essential ingredient to the accomplishment of knowing yourself as Love is to love yourself completely. The only way to do that is to go within. Deep within your heart is where you will discover your truth, the truth that you are pure love.

When you direct your attention inward you automatically have a sensation of something different, a different feeling. When you put laser focus on your heart you will begin to experience a feeling that emanates from the heart and slowly but surely reaches out from there until is has encompassed your entire being.

You will recognize it because it is not like anything you have experienced before. It envelops you in the coziest, warmest, softest, gentlest, nurturing, nourishing space. You will know that you belong. You will know that you are completely accepted with absolutely no judgment. You will not see yourself with any faults or sins. You will know that your search is over. You will know that everything that you were seeking outside of yourself was not what you were looking for. You will know you are at home! You will know yourself as Love!

Coming from the heartspace is the most powerful place that you can operate from. You have accessed the higher vibrational frequency and bypassed the lower vibrational frequency of the ego.

This is where you resonate with the frequency of love. It is unmistakable. It is experiential. It is a place where no fear resides. Fear is what creates all of the barriers to experiencing love. When you have connected with your true self all of those fears dissolve; they dissipate into thin air.

It catapults you into the present and out of past thoughts and memories that have kept you from experiencing what you were meant to experience, knowing yourself as love.

When you were birthed onto this planet you knew yourself as only love. Prior to exiting the birthing canal you were one with all that is, as soon as the umbilical cord is cut the fears being to amass. Actually that is not so. That happens as soon as the egg is fertilized because as you are in the womb your parents are already writing stories about how they want you to live your life, what their desires and dreams are for you. Boundaries and expectations are being determined for you before your arrival on planet earth.

Prior to you being a twinkling in your parents’ eyes you were one with The Creator. The Creator is Love and therefore so are you. This is when you knew who you truly were: pure, unadulterated Love.

Love is the Universal Unifier.
